When you deal with Anxiety on a regular basis, there are two key things you can do to help.
1- Create a foundation for Anxiety relief.
2- Have on hand and practice tools to cope everyday.
What is a foundation for Anxiety relief?
Those are the things you do to create a more stable everyday for yourself. These things make if more challenging for your Anxiety to creep in and take over. And when done consistently can make a HUGE difference for you.
Have a regular sleep routine. Go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time daily. I can't express how important sleep is to your mental health across the board. If you have trouble sleeping- address it with a doctor or therapist or both.
Exercise daily- even if it is just a walk around the block, or up the road and back. Ten minutes is a great start and is do-able.
